VAC’s Rehabilitation Program is designed to support Participants in achieving their vocational goals through a dedicated rehabilitation team. The program involves a collaborative process where Participants work closely with the team to identify their skills, interests, and career goals. Together, they create a personalized Rehabilitation Plan tailored for success.
The program offers vocational assistance such as:
- Resume and Cover Letter Writing: Crafting documents that effectively highlight skills and experiences in ways that resonate with civilian employers.
- Job Search Strategies: Providing guidance and resources to help navigate the job market and identify promising opportunities.
- Interview Preparation: Enhancing confidence and skills through mock interviews and personalized feedback.
The Rehabilitation Program aims to empower Participants by equipping them with the necessary tools and support for a successful transition into a civilian career.
